Upcoming Meditation Classes

Meditation .. is the tool we all need in our life toolbox.

I love the feedback I get from those new to meditation .. how a simple breath technique saved one student from an anxiety attack; a gentleman who had spent years battling insomnia and now felt capable of returning to sleep after practicing the bodyscan meditation; and the high profile executive who was able to overcome a fear of public speaking - and enjoy the presentation!

And the many who share the simple joy and peace found in just sitting, breathing, pausing in their busy lives to reconnect and balance.

Our usual Parkdale classes are on hold for the winter months (as the venue is simply too cold to sit for long periods) however Sarah is running the following meditation classes (more information at www.quietmindmeditation.blogspot.com) :


Exploring Meditation (five week introductory classes) at The Karma Studio in Sandringham starting Wednesday 4th August (7pm-8.30pm)

Meditate Now! (six week course) at EastWest College, Caulfield South starting evenings on Monday 27th June (7pm-8.30pm) or daytime Wednesday 29th June (10-11.30am)
